• Free shipping on orders above ₹3000
• Nominal shipping charge on orders below ₹3000 (shown at checkout)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

• Pre-order / Customized products can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order
• All other orders can be cancelled until they are shipped
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

Yes, absolutely! If you’ve placed an order online and wish to exchange it, you’re welcome to visit our Whizzo Kids Store in Salem for a hassle-free in-person exchange.

Please keep in mind:

• Bring the original product in unused and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact
• Exchange must be done within 7 days of delivery
• Exchanges are subject to availability of size/design at the store
