🔄 What Can I Return?

We hope you love everything you ordered from WHIZZO! But just in case something doesn’t fit or feel right, here’s a quick and easy guide to what can and can’t be returned.

âś… You can return a product if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • Your order is incomplete
  • The size doesn’t fit

To be eligible for return:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

  1. Customers must ship the item back to us using a trusted courier (India Post, DTDC, or Professional Courier)
  2. Once we receive the return, we’ll conduct a quality check
  3. If the item passes inspection:
  • If it was WHIZZO’s mistake (wrong, damaged, or missing item), we’ll offer a full refund to your original payment method, including return shipping charges
  • For size-related returns or any other approved case, we will issue store credit only
  • Return shipping charges are not reimbursed for size-related or non-defect returns

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

  • Products that are used, washed, or returned without prior approval
  • Items from sale, festive, or custom collections
