🔄 What Can I Return?
We hope you love everything you ordered from WHIZZO! But just in case something doesn’t fit or feel right, here’s a quick and easy guide to what can and can’t be returned.
âś… You can return a product if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product is damaged or defective
- Your order is incomplete
- The size doesn’t fit
To be eligible for return:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

- Customers must ship the item back to us using a trusted courier (India Post, DTDC, or Professional Courier)
- Once we receive the return, we’ll conduct a quality check
- If the item passes inspection:
- If it was WHIZZO’s mistake (wrong, damaged, or missing item), we’ll offer a full refund to your original payment method, including return shipping charges
- For size-related returns or any other approved case, we will issue store credit only

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?
- Products that are used, washed, or returned without prior approval
- Items from sale, festive, or custom collections
